Refunds cannot be given for failure to take this time into account when ordering.
Reed orders will be processed in the order in which they are paid.
Rush ordering is available at $10 extra per reed (limited to three reeds per order).
This will move you up in the order queue and cut the processing time in half.
You may choose Priority or Express shipping if you wish as well.
Payment is due through PayPal (or credit card) through the shopping cart feature.

Orders of 1 to 10 reeds (or cane bundles) will ship with USPS First Class
(typically 2-5 business days).
This time frame is approximate, and although uncommon, may take longer.
Faster shipping (Priority, Express) can be arranged for an additional charge--
please contact us if you require this so that we can invoice you for the extra amount.
However, if you purchase more than ten reeds or cane bundles,
we will automatically choose Priority as the shipping method due to envelope size restrictions
and will invoice you for excess charge.
All packages will come with a tracking number and include the cost of shipping supplies.
Signature confirmation and/or insurance is available upon request
to protect against missing packages.
Please note that without these protections,
we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
We will ship with USPS First Class International (no tracking) unless another option is preferred.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for slow or lost packages once they leave the US,
so if you would prefer a method that includes tracking, please let us know.
We take great care to ensure that every reed we make and sell is constructed to the highest professional standards, and each reed is created over a series of days to allow it to break in before it is shipped. Despite these efforts, please keep in mind that reeds may change from climate to climate. Because this is an unavoidable consequence of dealing with this type of organic material, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. However, to help cut down on the more severe changes,
you can help by letting us know if you live in a climate significantly different than ours
(extremely high or low elevation and humidity).
If you do encounter a significant problem,
please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may try to find a solution.
For any issues with reeds, we ask that you report the problem within 72 hours of delivery.
Cracked reeds due to shipping may not be replaced after this time period as it isn't possible to determine if the cracking resulted from shipping or a mistake during use.

When you've eventually worn out a reed that had been purchased from us,
please do not throw it out!
The staple (cork and metal piece on which the cane is tied) can be used for a new reed.
For each used reed and shipping tube that you return to us,
we will reuse them and give you a $2 credit per reed on your next order from us!
